How to Sign in to the POS

For the mobile POS tablets, simply input the Floor Staff Pin.

For the Main POS tablet, please input your individual pin. (If someone is already signed in, press the hamburger button (the 3 horizontal lines) and then Sign Out).

Where do I find my pin?

Your pin is sent to you via email upon sign-up. If you lose the email or have other issues, please contact your supervisor to reset your pin, or tap reset pin on the iPad POS.

How do I add a customer to a transaction?

1. Tap ‘Add Customer’

 

2. Ask customer to scan their loyalty barcode (otherwise input their loyalty ID number – do not use names)

 

 

3. Select the customer that appears
